My definition of "pack" is as follows; leadership competences, leadership team ability to cooperate and communicate, organisational efficiency and organisational learning skills.

The most crusial factors due to success in development- and change processes is courrage and that "someone" beleave in the process - which means, that you have to be a warrior in your life and in your organisation.
