WOLFWAY FULL CIRCLE
This WolfWay Full Circle programme is designed with a view to ensuring that the prevailing circumstances
(reality) are always a benefit to the programme, not a brake block, a bump on the road or a
straitjacket.
This is safeguarded by the structure of WolfWay Full Circle, comprising both operationally theoretic and
action-packed phases, flexible in that the contents of the three sections can be carried out in the
optimal manner at all times. This structure opens up to a very high degree of involvement,
dynamics, and creativity.
WolfWay Full Circle consists of three sections, together forming an integrated entity (14 days in all).
The programme is normally carried out within a period of around six months.
Every section has its own focus area,
Section 1: Theory (four days)
Section 2: Practice (four days)
Section 3: Integrate (five days)
The frontrunners of the 21st century do not just excel in the fields of logic mathematics.
They command a large platform to move on, covering the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects,
thus optimally covering human requirements related to development and innovation in companies and
organisations.
This is about finding and developing the “warrior” in your own life. It is difficult to
personify the perfect, immaculate role model practising the warrior values. We find it in heroic
poems and in ancient narratives described with great depth and abundance, with both factual skills,
deep emotional powers and the ultimate spiritual context – here we find heroes and heroines
epitomising the immaculate role model for persons wanting to make a difference in the 21st century.
Prince Beowolf from the ancient heroic poem of the same name, and Aragorn from Tolkien’s
great epic work The Lord of the Rings are just two examples of such outstanding characters. Both of
them take off on a long journey reflecting the mental quest into the dark and unchartered spaces in
which to find the enormous hidden potential, the courage and the will to endure. As the story goes,
they both return with a mission, humility, respect for life, credibility, and power of judgement
making people want to follow them in the battle against their challenges – in whatever shape they
may take.
WolfWay Full Circle is precisely about this inner journey to find the hidden potential that we all
possess, and about creating a framework for people and organizations wanting to tread different
paths. We train people to see chances instead of limitations, to become aware of and feel
themselves and to dare tread new paths.
The programme offers intensive personal development and training in carrying through complex
projects, and to maintain/develop corporate culture.
In the world of the Indians, the wolf is the perfect pathfinder; it always finds the shortest
way between two waterholes. Therefore, we have chosen the wolf as the image of the programmes.
Wolf's are trained to identify new ways of solving well-known problems. They can motivate a
team to create high performance.
Wolf's command an extremely strong value platform enabling them to bring us from the state of
unawareness to awareness of ourselves. Such self-contained persons have many resources, are humble,
have the courage to address the most difficult issues, make themselves available for a cause that
is higher than him/herself, and he/she is a good example to others. These qualities which, taken
together, can be regarded as “the whole person” are attractive to men and women alike.
