Agile seminars
Agile seminars are customised seminars in which a coach facilitates various specific projects, e.g. change, strategy and innovation processes for management groups or organisational segments.
At WolfWay we have specialised in joining projects in organisations of any size. Our task is to ensure that important projects are completed in time. And, in our experience, often with better results than expected.
Thus, a agile seminar may mean

We have worked with the concept in several national companies, in a number of small organisation, and for individuals – typically at board or division level.
Agile seminars are about defining attractive goals worth while going after. Also, ensuring that the group will both own and achieve the goals – and, above all, find the energy it takes to get there. At the same time, in our experience, external coaches tend to get “the fish on the dish” easier than people who are involved in the problems every day.
A typical challenge may be to coach/support/train management groups/boards in their work to implement innovative strategies/change processes or mergers.
Work methods and projects vary from one organisation to the other and will be identified together with the management group. We typically work with the management group over a long period of time, with the aim of assisting good leaders to achieve even better results in important projects.
The setting may be beautifully situated conference centres, or an “Innovation Walk” in fantastic scenic landscapes in local area or abroad, or on a 50 foot sailboat in the waters around Lillebælt.
