COMPETENCIES

At WolfWay we act as trainers/coaches to people and organisations wishing to take responsibility for themselves and to create new opportunities via change/¬development. We train people to be above the line – to see opportunities and solutions instead of problems and limitations, and we cultivate them to dare tread new paths.

WolfWay Leadership, a leadership development programme for managers and middle managers. The template of this programme has a holistic approach focusing on goals, action and agile performance. The WolfWay Leadership programme generates the personal and managerial weight that it takes to transform acquired theories and methods into a strong, trustworthy management style.

Goals are essential! At WolfWay we operate with a farsighted approach to strategy, development, and innovation. In the process, companies, management groups and individuals will identify goals so attractive, ambitious and essential to go for that they provoke the will to achieve them. When commitment is established and the will is present, the team will find the resources and new opportunities that it takes to reach future goals.

We work with coaching of management groups and boards of directors to establish and maintain honesty, shared goals, and commitment to the direction chosen, thus establishing well-functioning, agile leadership/management teams. We believe this is possible by applying the following methods/¬approaches/¬concepts,

Farsightedness:

Seeing opportunities instead of limitations, developing strategies to form the envisaged future.

Training/coaching:

Creating the framework to get people to see new opportunities, cultivate the courage to go beyond/break through one’s own mental limitations to establish a larger platform.

Agile team building:

To establish teams enabling people to solve problems together quicker and better than in any other way (like the jeager soldiers).

Action plans, decision-making structures and value chains:

Creating overview, goals, action plans and decision-making structures with the aid of graphics and images. Our brains are not made for reports, worksheets and ring binders – our brains are made for images.

Personal development:

Developing the capability and the will to become a trustworthy, energetic, and empathic, at the same time respectful leader. A well-balanced leader is the good example who is capable of going over the edge to meet other people at eye level, of making things worth while, of delegating, and who is generous with praise.

Strategic coaching and dialogue:

Coaching managers and management teams to find and use the company’s leadership resources. Strategic coaching may typically be about creating a common overall framework in which staff members can effectively practice self management. It may also be a tool for creating overview and prioritising the important tasks that face company management, or establishing the framework for constructive innovation.
