ABOUT WOLFWAY AND PREBEN WERTHER

WolfWay is a flexible networking organisation owned by Preben Werther. WolfWay focuses on development and change, offering programmes to national and international organisations. Preben Werther is headcoach and we operate at all managerial levels with organisational fitness, management development, personal development, strategy and innovation. Furthermore, we work with implementation of strategies and plans with the aim of transforming them into efficient, measurable actions.

The name is inspired by the Native American philosophy of life in which the wolf is considered the true pathfinder; it always finds the shortest way between two waterholes. Also, a pack of wolves is the predators with the highest hit rate, utilising in an optimal way such concepts as focus, leadership, community, co-operation, knowledge sharing, and efficiency to achieve success. Thus, a pack of wolves can be regarded as an organisation having as its top priority “what works”.

Nothing feels like success! This phenomenon can release incredible amounts of energy. The principles having ensured success, happiness and reserves of energy are equally valid today as in ancient times. Universal truths, principles and rules are not governed by the situation – their validity has been tested through the ages and still applies. In an extremely complex world, we at WolfWay will advocate for the simple, communicable elements and stuff “that works”.

Our purpose is to serve organisations and individuals in achieving success in their challenges. We do that by using farsightedness, organisational fitness, development, coaching, and lots of good energy.

Organisations today, and the people in them, are often disoriented and confused by the consequences of re-structurings, cutdowns, mergers. Our inspiration for ways to assist and serve takes as its starting point the issues of good leadership, good followship, and the outlook on life that we practise.

Living is

    a thing you do

now or never --

    which do you
